Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Purpose.
 
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of massage and wellness services provided by Bora Bora Zen Massage, represented by Caroline Le Carpentier, in Bora Bora (French Polynesia).

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the client.
 
2. Services Offered.
 
Bora Bora Zen Massage offers at-home massages, delivered in villas, hotels, bungalows or private motus (islands).

It is expressly stated that the massages provided are intended solely for wellness and relaxation purposes. They are not medical or therapeutic treatments.

3. Booking.

Bookings may be made:
 

• Via the online form on the website.

• By phone at +689 87 35 34 03.

• Or via WhatsApp.

Each booking will be confirmed by Caroline after validation of the requested time slot.

4. Pricing.

Service prices are indicated in Pacific Franc (XPF) or in euros (€) depending on the chosen method of payment.

Bora Bora Zen Massage reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, while guaranteeing the client the application of the rate in effect on the day of booking.

5. Payment Terms.

Payment may be made:
 

• In cash.

• By bank transfer.

• Or by any other method agreed upon at the time of booking.

Payment is due no later than the day of the service.

6. Cancellation and Modification.
 

• The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Any late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or failure to attend the appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the booked service amount.

• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport, health), Caroline reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service, while offering an alternative solution to the client.

7. Service Conditions.

The client agrees to provide a suitable and calm space for the massage (Airbnb, villa, hotel, bungalow, private motu).

Caroline will bring all necessary equipment (massage table, linens, oils).

8. Liability.
 

• Caroline undertakes to provide a high-quality service, in compliance with the code of ethics of wellness massage.

• The client must inform Caroline of any health issues, medical contraindications or allergies before the massage.

• Bora Bora Zen Massage cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

9. Personal Data.

Data collected during booking is necessary for the management of the service.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property.

The website content (texts, photos, logos) is protected by intellectual property law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of French Polynesia.
